4. CHOOSE YOUR PATH
PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING (PPT)
One-on-one training that integrates movement, nutrition, and behavioral coaching into every session. This fully personalized approach ensures you get dedicated attention and guidance customized to your goals.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SGPT)
The same comprehensive approach in an intimate setting of 2-4 people. You’ll receive personalized coaching while building momentum and community with a small, dedicated group.
